REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds are only permitted on broken items. All refund request must be made within 3 days of delivery. You must initiate the refund by contacting us via email - RadiantBLJewelry@gmail.com. You must attach a photo of the broken item that can be visibly seen, by way of the email. Once the email is received and reviewed, a decision will be made to either replace or refund the total amount paid.
